What we are looking for:

An entrepreneur who brings visionary thinking into transformative actions and opens-up new opportunities for sustainable client impact. You will combine deep industry and technology expertise to shape solutions and value propositions to help our clients digitally transform their manufacturing operations. You will be part of the practice executive team, building and leading the growth actions for the industry.

• Sales & Business Development: Drive impactful business campaigns, leading end-to-end sales journeys from origination to conversion alongside account teams. Support the Industry X go-to-market strategy, proactively collaborating with clients to shape their digital manufacturing transformation agenda.

• Client value: Lead client engagements, foster strong relationships with client leadership and coach teams on innovation and impactful value realization through new offerings, while generating significant stakeholder value.

• Practice Development: Reinvent and transform client businesses by creating advanced assets, tools, and methodologies, while developing thought leadership materials like Po Vs, research, and white papers to support Go-to-Market offerings. Collaborate with global product development teams to define solutions that enhance vertical offerings.

• People development: Mentor and advise high-performing teams of consultants and technologists, contributing to talent strategy and actively participating in engagement and capability development activities.

Here’s what you’ll need (please send a cover letter along with your CV):

• University bachelor’s and/ or master’s degree (MSc.) in technology, engineering, digital transformation, or business leadership.

• 10+ years of experience in relevant manufacturing intensive industries (e.g. Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Industrial, Pharma, High Tech), with a proven track record in driving large operational excellence and digital business transformations.

• Deep expertise in Industry 4.0 & 5.0 technologies (IoT, AI, digital twins, robotics, connected platforms), driving operational excellence and business performance through digital transformation.

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end transformation programs, from opportunity identification, business cases and full value delivery, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality client service.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and implement impactful strategies for global clients.

• Fluency in English required; Dutch is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with senior leadership and influence decision-making.

• Willingness to travel internationally to client sites as needed.

Bonus points if you have

• Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA or PhD) in technology, digital transformation, or business leadership.

• Extensive consulting experience in Discrete and/or Process Manufacturing, ideally with a top-tier professional services firm, delivering high-impact engagements.

• Proven sales and delivery leadership, with a strong track-record in driving end-to-end Manufacturing transformation programs.

• Experience in developing, closing, and leading large, multi-year, high-value deals in complex, transformation-focused environments.

• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master black belt, APICS CSCP, IoT Platform, or Advanced Analytics are a plus.

• Strong understanding of system implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
