Lead the way in transforming business operations as an SAP Business Process Automation Associate Manager at Accenture. In this hands-on leadership role, you will leverage your expertise in low-code platforms, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and agentic AI to design, implement, and oversee automation solutions across critical business functions such as Finance, Procurement, and HR. You will drive integration efforts, optimize workflows, and lead teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that align with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced business process automation solutions using low-code platforms, RPA, and AI technologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure seamless integration across SAP and other enterprise systems.

• Analyze and optimize existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across Finance, Procurement, HR, and other business functions.

• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership in business process automation, ensuring solutions meet both current and future organizational needs.

• Oversee the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions, user adoption, and alignment with business objectives.

• Manage and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and driving successful project outcomes.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Process Automation or related skills.

• Master proficiency in low-code platforms, RPA tools, agentic AI, and SAP integration.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering complex automation projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis and Process Mapping to design and implement effective automation strategies.
