- Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially when responding to real-time issues or urgent post-publishing corrections Roles and Responsibilities: • Content Review & Accuracy Check:o Conduct thorough pre-scheduling reviews of social media posts to ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance standards, including proper tone of voice, accurate hashtags, relevant disclaimers, and working linkso Ensure that all visuals, copy, and media used in posts meet quality standards, are aligned with the campaign objectives, and are suitable for the target audience on each platformo Collaborate with content teams and the posting team to identify potential gaps or discrepancies in content and recommend improvements before it is scheduled for publishing• Post-Publishing Quality Control:o Perform random or batch post-publishing checks across all channels to ensure content is displayed correctly and without errors This includes verifying the visual integrity of posts, ensuring links are functioning, and confirming that no content has been omitted or improperly formattedo Investigate any discrepancies between the planned content and what actually appears on social media platforms, taking corrective action where necessary• Error Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:o Regularly monitor error logs and track issues such as broken links, incorrect tagging, formatting problems, or posts that do not comply with the guidelineso Analyze recurring issues or errors to identify underlying patterns and collaborate with the content or posting teams to implement solutions or improvementso Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting errors, highlighting recurring issues, and recommending solutions for future optimization• Training & Best Practice Support:o Assist in developing and conducting training sessions for the posting team on quality control procedures, best practices for social media content, and how to ensure compliance with brand and platform guidelineso Share insights on industry trends, platform-specific rules, and common pitfalls to enhance the posting team's overall understanding of social media quality assuranceo Support the team with troubleshooting and real-time assistance, providing guidance on how to fix common issues related to content publishing or compliance errors
