• You will be aligned with our Supply Chain and Operations vertical and help us in the system of organizations, people, activities, information, and resources involved in moving a product or service from supplier to customer. You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage Data Science projects which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits. It also involves management of the flow of data and including all processes that transform raw data into usable and organized data.What are we looking for? • Demand/supply forecasting modeling for material Planning
• Strong knowledge of supply chain domain (demand planning, production planning, inventory optimization)
• Expert-level proficiency in Python for modeling and advanced analytics
• Strong expertise in forecasting, machine learning, and optimization methods
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, advanced visual storytelling)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure ML, AWS Sage Maker, GCP Vertex AI)
• Exposure to MLOps and automation pipelines
• Knowledge of optimization tools/libraries (Pyomo, OR-Tools)
• Publications, patents, or significant contributions to applied data science projects Roles and Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of demand/supply forecasting models
• Design and implement advanced forecasting and optimization techniques to improve accuracy and business impact
• Drive integration of models with Power BI for scalable reporting
• Act as a subject matter expert, partnering with supply chain teams to define requirements and deliver insights
• Ensure continuous model improvement through monitoring, retraining, and innovation
• Establish best practices in model governance, version control, and documentation
• Provide technical leadership and mentor Analysts and Sr. Analysts
• Manage stakeholder expectations and present analytical outcomes to senior leadership
