Job Summary

The Senior Architect for Core Bank Architect who is familiar with Thought Machine implementation, have real experiences implementing and architecting products and knows the limitation on Thought Machine. The rolelead the design and implementation of core banking solutions, providing technical leadership in system modernization, integration, and cloud-ready architectures while ensuring performance, security, and regulatory compliance. Drive end-to-end project delivery and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of Core banking systems (e.g., Thought Machine, Profile, Systematics, IBS, or other FIS platforms), ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

• Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on system modernization, cloud migration, and API-driven banking solutions.

• Integration & Customization: Define and implement integration strategies for Thought Machine, FIS core banking with digital banking platforms, payment systems, and regulatory compliance solutions.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with banking clients, product owners, developers, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Performance & Security: Ensure core banking solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

• Innovation & Emerging Tech: Stay updated on AI, Gen AI, cloud computing, and open banking trends to enhance banking architectures.

• Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end project implementation from planning to go-live, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

• 8+ years of experience in core banking architecture and implementation, preferably with Core banking solutions.

• Strong knowledge of banking processes, digital transformation, and regulatory frameworks.

• Have real experiences implementing and architecting products and knows the limitation on Thought Machine implementation.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and API integrations.

• Expertise in database management (Oracle, SQL, NoSQL) and DevOps practices.

• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and lead cross-functional teams.

• Effective project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives and IT Management
