As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic services and acting as a software detective to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues by following established procedures and protocols.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve system performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference.

• Required Skill: Strong program and project management skills.
• Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in technical documentation and program control services.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of business requirements analysis.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have 1 year of experience in Program Project Management.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Software Engineering or a related field.
• This position is based at our Cebu office.
