Manager – Technology Foundation Architect & Lead
Seeking a Technology Foundation Architect & Lead to design, build, and govern the core data and integration foundation supporting the C360 program. This role is critical to enabling trusted, scalable, and analytics-ready data that powers downstream Salesforce, AI, and business use cases for Sales and Marketing.
The role will serve as the architectural and technical lead across the Azure-based data platform, working closely with Salesforce, AI, and business teams. It is supported by a delivery team, program leadership, and executive sponsorship as part of a strategic initiative driving client s accelerated commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Foundation Architecture
• Own the end-to-end architecture of the C360 technology foundation, including data ingestion, storage, transformation, and consumption layers.
• Design and govern solutions leveraging Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Snowflake.
• Define scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data platform patterns aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Data Modeling & Methodology
• Lead the implementation and governance of Data Vault methodology (Raw Vault, Business Vault, and Information Marts) to support enterprise Customer 360 use cases.
• Ensure data models are extensible, auditable, and capable of supporting evolving business and AI requirements.
• Partner with analytics, Salesforce, and AI teams to ensure data structures meet downstream consumption needs.
• Data Integration & Quality
• Oversee ingestion of data from upstream source systems using Azure Data Factory, ensuring reliability, performance, and monitoring.
• Establish data quality, reconciliation, and validation frameworks to ensure trusted customer data.
• Collaborate with enrichment and identity resolution processes to support unified customer views.
• Delivery Leadership & Governance
• Act as the technical lead for the technology foundation delivery team, providing architectural direction, design reviews, and implementation guidance.
• Work closely with program leadership to manage dependencies, risks, and milestones across the C360 workstreams.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with Salesforce AI & Agentic, Sales, and Marketing teams to enable AI-ready and insight-driven use cases.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable discussions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and security teams to align with broader technology strategy.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Data Platform & Cloud
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Snowflake in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing and delivering modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Data Modeling & Architecture
• Solid expertise in Data Vault 2.0 methodology, including hubs, links, satellites, and business vault concepts.
• Experience building customer-centric data models to support analytics, CRM, and AI use cases.
• Leadership & Delivery
• Experience leading technical teams and providing architectural oversight in complex, multi-stream programs.
• Strong understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Communication & Collaboration
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Customer 360, CRM, or commercial analytics programs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar downstream consumer platforms.
• Background in consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
