Job Summary:Accenture Research identifies and anticipates game-changing business, market, and technology trends through provocative thought leadership and strategic business research. This role is in our AI & Data Research Team within the larger Technology Research team in Accenture Research with primary focus on Tech, AI and Data topics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in developing data-driven business focused insights through both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Analyze and interpret data from various credible data sources. Develop case studies, conduct surveys, and perform secondary data analysis. Comfortable with expert interviews. Understand the data requirements for effective business insights generation, tech services (AI & Data), consulting and strategy work, primarily in the context of AI & Data. Possess knowledge of digital technologies like Cloud, Security, Enterprise Applications, AI, etc., and their related applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights into strategic decision-making. Present findings and insights to senior leaders in clear, non-technical language. Execute multiple engagements across geographies/time zones simultaneously. Take initiative, prioritize tasks, solve problems, work independently and within a team, and maintain attention to detail and deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
We are looking for someone who has a comprehensive skill set: “Hard” skills:
- Understanding of tech stack and IT services domain covering Data, AI, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Applications, etc, from a business perspective
- Business knowledge on the application of AI (including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, large language models (LLMs), generative AI, agentic AI and related emerging topics in AI, Data, Automation, Analytics.
- Strong analytical, high-quality report/article writing skills and developing compelling presentations.
- Ability to use quantitative (statistical and financial) and qualitative research methods.
- Adept in using AI powered tools and technologies to expediate business research.
- Application of basic data science techniques and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is preferred.
- Familiarity with the operations of major global Tech companies and ability to analyze their business performance.
- Competence in presenting research findings to senior business leaders.
- Expert in conducting market and competitive intelligence research.
