Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Artwork Workflow Management (AWM) Developer with 6–8 years of expertise in workflow automation, integration, and enterprise application development. This role is central to transforming Artwork Production by digitizing, automating, and integrating workflows across interconnected systems. The candidate will drive the Plan-Do-Check-Adjust (PDCA) cycle through AWM, ACT, Flowboard, and orchestration modules, ensuring agility, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Artwork Workflow Execution (AWM – Do):
• Develop and maintain Artwork Workflow Management systems to manage execution of artwork production tasks.
• Ensure workflows are simplified, smart, and agile with minimal manual intervention.
• Artwork Capacity Planning (ACT – Plan & Adjust):
• Implement and support Artwork Stream Management
• planning.
• Optimize Artwork Capacity Management (ACM) for short-term adjustments and exception handling.
• Tracking & Analytics (Flowboard – Check):
• Integrate Flowboard for real-time tracking of artwork processes.
• Enable analytics and reporting via Power BI for continuous process improvement.
• Orchestration & Brain (Automation Intelligence):
• Configure and maintain orchestration logic ( Brain ) to enable self-regulated PDCA cycles.
• Collaborate with expert users ( Logicians ) to design and maintain business rules and master data.

Integration & Data Bus Architecture:

• Design and implement integration solutions using Azure-hosted Logic Apps, Boomi, and REST APIs.
• Connect agility components with corporate applications (SAP, Enovia, DSBP) and Design-to-Print solutions.
• Ensure seamless data flow across systems with robust data bus architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skills
• Strong expertise in:
• Azure Logic Apps (custom code development and orchestration).
• Boomi Integration (design, deployment, and maintenance).
• REST APIs for system-to-system communication.
• Experience with Power BI for analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems (SAP, Enovia) and their integration with workflow solutions.
• Strong understanding of PDCA cycle and process automation principles.
• Ability to design scalable, agile workflows with minimal manual intervention.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

• 6–8 years of professional experience in enterprise workflow automation and integration development.

• Proven track record of implementing workflow solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.

• Experience in digital transformation projects involving automation, orchestration, and system integration.

• Exposure to artwork production or design-to-print processes is a plus.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

• A 15 years full time education is required.
