What would you do?
The Role:
The incumbent should be an expert in Accounting & Finance process and will be responsible for
? Lead and manage a team of 8–10 FTEs performing FP&A / RTR functions including budgeting,
forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
? Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles in collaboration with business units.
? Review and validate financial models and reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
? Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis.
? Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
? Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
? Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
Functional Responsibilities:
? Complete understanding of Fixed Asset process involving capitalization, additions, retirement,
transfer, depreciation, sales, leasing, capital work in progress additions and accruals, and closing
activities
? Ensure all the fixed asset requests are processed timely as per agreed TAT.
? Ensure FA depreciation to be run after including all new assets for the month.
? Good understanding of Fixed asset reconciliation.
? Prepare the SOPs and get Client sign off.
? SLA/KPI reporting, Monthly Governance meeting
? Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting, ensuring accurate entries in the general ledger.
? Manage and maintain FP&A systems, tools, and applications supporting budgeting, forecasting, and
reporting (e.g., Anaplan, SAP BPC, Power BI, etc.).
? Ensure availability, security, and performance of financial systems and associated reporting tools.
? Development & Automation: Design and develop automated data pipelines, dashboards, and
templates for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
? Enable automation of recurring tasks (data uploads, report generation, etc.) to improve efficiency and
reduce manual efforts.
? Master Data Governance: Support accurate and timely maintenance of FP&A master data (cost
centers, hierarchies, chart of accounts).
? User Support & Documentation: Provide L1/L2 support to finance users for training needs.
? Maintain documentation for system processes and training materials.
? Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics
utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.What are we looking for? •Client Management
Qualifications:
? Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting function .
? Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance accounting, Inter CA / ICWA will be an added advantage

People Management Responsibilities:
? Manage team of 8-10 FTEs overall for RTR / FPNA
? Play the role of trainer/coach for new joiners/freshers and CL 11/12 resources.
? You will need to hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching and feedback, training needs, and career discussions.
? Publish monthly scorecard, performance feedback
? Motivation of team by way of regular appreciation for good work, RnR, team dinner etc
? Work with CD team for enhancing communication/Soft skills of team members
? Delegate to develop and groom team members for succession planning.
? Act as second in command in absence of immediate supervisor of process.
? Work allocation and timely completion of tasks.

? Experience of working in SAP ERP would be an added advantage.

via calls and e-mails.
? Closely work with team to drive process/organizational initiative
? Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing to influence others through one-on-one
