Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager with strong AML/KYC domain knowledge to lead and coordinate system build initiatives within the financial services space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex tech projects, aligning business requirements with technical implementation, and working across multiple stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end project delivery including planning, coordination, and execution of all deliverables leading up to IT Change (ITC).
• Collaborate with Business Units (BU) to review and validate BRDs, operating models, and process designs.
• Consolidate impact assessments, effort estimates, and cost breakdowns across affected tech teams and systems.
• Define and manage implementation plans, risk mitigation strategies, and issue resolution processes.
• Refine business benefits and business cases in alignment with overall project delivery strategy

Mandatory Requirements:

• Fircosoft experience for Payment screening module OR Name Screening experience OR FBA with workflow experience
• Prior experience in Banking + End to end system implementation
