Summary:

As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals. You will engage in strategic planning, risk management, and performance evaluation to drive project success and enhance service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clarity.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Ability to analyze project data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with risk management practices and techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
