ROLE OVERVIEW:

You will work on a wide variety of ad hoc and tracking projects, assisting on research design, project management, insight generation and client outputs. The role provides plenty of opportunity to progress your qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, supporting the immediate team in -

  • Contribute to design of bespoke research for a range of clients to answer key strategic questions.

  • Managing live projects to ensure they are delivered on time and budget, acting as a key point of contact with clients and suppliers. Keeping internal team up to date on progress of fieldwork.

  • Attending qualitative fieldwork (e.g. focus groups, interviews) to assist in analysis and interpretation.

  • As part of a team, deliver rich insights about consumers, brands and categories that contribute to growth strategies for clients.

  • Working with team to build presentations to summarise findings and recommendations.

  • Partake in client presentations and strategy workshops.

A cohesive and fun team working with some of Australia’s most iconic service brands. They deliver genuinely interesting, consumer-led commercial solutions all the way to their board/C level. You will also have the opportunity to be mentored by some of our most talented and senior Researchers. The work they do stretches across a range of research methodologies & largely across the following types of projects:

  • Opportunity Identification and segmentation

  • CVP, Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Performance measurement

  • Category, Channel & Loyalty Strategy

  • Pricing, Volume Forecasting & Modelling

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Industry experience: As a hands-on enthusiastic Account Manager, you will hold around 2-4 years of relevant experience. You will work closely with both clients and fieldwork suppliers to ensure the smooth management of questionnaire changes, fieldwork progress, recruitment and data delivery. The role provides plenty of opportunity to progress your qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.

Additional experience/requirements:

  • Have exceptional attention detail, organizational and time management skills.

  • Prior experience in supporting a team in report delivery, and exposure to a range of ad-hoc projects.
