Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of innovative technology solutions tailored for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements and translating them into detailed design specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions meet both technical and business needs. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and approaches, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to refine project requirements and design specifications.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to supply planning solutions.
- Ability to analyze and optimize supply chain processes through technology.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
