Summary:

We are seeking a Team Lead SAP Security & User Provisioning with strong functional and technical expertise across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP GTS, and SAP GRC. The role is responsible for leading SAP security operations, access governance, and user provisioning while guiding a team of SAP security analysts and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• SAP Security Leadership
• Lead a team of SAP Security and GRC analysts supporting multiple SAP landscapes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for SAP security, access, and authorization issues.
• Drive standardization and best practices across SAP security and provisioning processes.
• User Provisioning & Access Management
• Manage end-to-end SAP user provisioning and de-provisioning across ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, and GTS.
• Design and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and authorization concepts.
• Ensure timely execution of Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) processes.
• SAP GRC Access Control
• Lead operations of SAP GRC Access Control, including:
• Access Request Management (ARM)
• Access Risk Analysis (ARA)
• Emergency Access Management (EAM / Firefighter)
• Manage SoD rulesets, mitigations, and risk remediation.
• SAP Platform Security
• Support SAP security configurations for:
• SAP ECC and S/4HANA authorization objects and roles
• SAP BTP users, roles, and subaccounts
• SAP GTS security and compliance access
• Collaborate with Basis and functional teams for secure SAP operations.
• Service Delivery & Governance
• Own SAP security service delivery aligned with SLAs and OLAs.
• Participate in service reviews, governance forums, and audit meetings.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, role documentation, and authorization matrices.
• Audit, Risk & Compliance
• Support internal and external SAP security and SOX audits.
• Provide audit evidence, access reports, and remediation tracking.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and SAP best practices.
• Continuous Improvement
• Drive automation and optimization of SAP access provisioning and reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve SAP security maturity and user experience.
• Support SAP security enhancements during upgrades and transformations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP Security and User Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• SAP ECC and S/4HANA Security
• SAP GRC Access Control
• SAP BTP Security
• SAP GTS Security
• Proven experience leading SAP user provisioning and access governance.
• Good understanding of SAP authorization concepts and SoD controls.
• Experience with IAM integrations (Sail Point, Entra ID, or similar).
• Exposure to SAP security in cloud and hybrid landscapes.
• SAP security or GRC certifications.
• Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 6 plus years of experience in SAP Security.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
