A Transformational Change Senior Analyst playing a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives across our global organization. This position requires a forward-thinker with a strong interest in change management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring alignment between transformation efforts and our organizational goals.

The Work:

• Change Strategy: Implement change strategies for functions and localized teams, minimizing disruption and maintaining service quality.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional and Market teams to identify impacts, risks, and opportunities related to the integration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Market and Function leaders to drive understanding of changes.
• Transition Support: Facilitate collaboration to address challenges, ensuring smooth transitions for these functions.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress, provide updates, and adjust strategies based on feedback.
• Training & Communication: Support teams with training assessment and communications guidance to ensure preparedness.
• Partnerships: Collaborate with the program-wide change team to support integrated change efforts.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Minimum 1 year working knowledge of the Accenture Change Methodology (Change Assessment, Change Impacts, Stakeholder Analysis, Mitigation Strategies, Communications alignment, etc.)
• At least 2 years’ experience working with on internal or external client projects
  Bonus points if:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in leading change initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Model).
