- What would you do?
- Lead and manage QA for creative assets including static banners, eDMs, videos, social posts, e Commerce creatives, print collaterals, and dynamic media.
- Ensure quality compliance with brand guidelines, layout integrity, legal checks, copy validation, platform requirements, and accessibility standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of creative QA analysts and leads; manage bandwidth, performance, and workload allocation.
- Collaborate with design, copy, PMO, and client stakeholders to improve QA delivery and proactively resolve issues.
- Own quality dashboards, RCA reports, defect trend analysis, and governance trackers.
- Drive improvements in creative QA frameworks, SOPs, playbooks, and documentation.

- Working knowledge of project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, or Trello.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
