Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting, procurement and supply chain, and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.

THE WORK:

• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems in automotive warranty services with continuous learning and strong attention to detail.

• Advise, design, develop, and operate warranty solutions using proven and adapted methods.

• Create new solutions and improve processes, being proactive in skill enhancement and innovation.

• Understand and support strategic goals; work closely with supervisors, peers, and clients.

• Manage small teams or work efforts; your decisions impact service quality and business outcomes.

• Be flexible and open to working rotational shifts when required.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Warranty

• P3 area

• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (C1 level minimum).

• Driving licence (cat.B).

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
