Summary:

As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will be responsible for architecting complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, applying the latest technology and industry expertise to design innovative solutions, and ensuring that these solutions align with the overall business strategy. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose enhancements that lead to improved products and experiences. Your role will also include overseeing the implementation of these solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
• Experience with Linux architecture and its integration with virtualization technologies.
• Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in VMware Datacenter Virtualization Architecture and Design.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
