Job Summary:We are seeking a Junior Developer to join the Cards Application Development Management team. The role focuses on developing and supporting open system applications, with experience in API and microservices development for banking projects, preferably in card systems. The ideal candidate will have strong Java skills and hands-on exposure to RHEL environments, with an interest in modern frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Batch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain open system applications for card and banking projects.
• Design and implement APIs and microservices to support card processing and related workflows.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting of production issues.
• Support integration with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Contribute to the adoption of modern frameworks and best practices, such as Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• Maintain documentation for development, configuration, and deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with API and microservices development.
• Proficiency with RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) environments.
• Experience working with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch frameworks.
• Prior exposure to card systems or banking applications.
• Knowledge of AI integration in applications.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern software architecture and design patterns.
