Summary:

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the delivery of a program or project to achieve business objectives. You will define project scope, monitor execution, and communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and outcomes.

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead project planning and execution.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration.
• Experience in SAP implementation and customization.
• Hands-on experience in ABAP programming and debugging.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
