What would you do?

Job Responsibilities:

Associate will be responsible for performing day to day task per the recruitment process guidelines:

  1. Create approved requisition.
  2. Conduct internal sourcing - post requisition
  3. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool

  2. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods.
  3. Develop list of candidates to be screened
  4. Automated Candidate Screening & Assessment (Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
  5. Conduct hiring manager assessment
  6. Perform pre-employment checks & New Joiner On boarding & Orientation.

Recruitment Administration & Analytics:

Operational Skills:

  1. Administrate candidates

  2. Manage, invite for and screen assessments

  3. Decline candidates

  4. Match close fit candidates to talent networks

  5. Obtain candidate permission & documents for checks

  6. Conduct candidate checks

  7. Conclude candidate checks

  8. Provide new hire advice and support

  9. Create job offer

  10. Works council approval

  11. Create contract for new hire

  12. Sign and archive contract for new hire

  13. Create / change employee account in system

  14. Close job requisition

  15. Initiate onboarding

  16. Verify Day 1 Readiness

What are we looking for? Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree with a specialization in HR
  • Experience working in large teams and serving clients

    Reports to: TA Senior Analyst

  • Working Conditions –

  • Shifts – Should be Flexible to working in shifts including night shifts.

  • WHO / WFO – Should be comfortable working from Office on all working days.

  • Working Hours – Should be willing to working additional hours based on the needs of the project. Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

  • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor

  • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments

  • The decisions that you make would impact your own work

  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work

  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
