Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Strategy Manager with an MBA from a Tier 1 institute and over 6 years of post-MBA experience in areas such as corporate strategy, growth, market expansion, pricing, and digital or AI-led transformation.
The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and proven success in driving impactful business outcomes.
Experience in client-facing roles and managing senior stakeholders is essential.
Preference will be given to candidates with 1+ years as an Engagement Manager in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact, global strategic initiatives.
Must have skills
- MBA from a tier 1 institute
- Post-MBA 6 + years’ experience in one or more of the following: Corporate Strategy, Growth strategy, Business Case, Market entry, Market expansion, Pricing and Profit Optimization, Growth and Innovation, Strategic Planning, Customer Strategy, Value Realization, Sales Acceleration, Channel Transformation, Digital or AI led business transformation
- Practitioners with1+ years of experience as an engagement Manager in Strategy Consulting firms with similar scope of work will be preferred
