The Role
As an Applied Agentic AI Strategist, you will design and prototype agentic AI solutions that integrate into enterprise environments. This is a hands-on role focused on applied experimentation, rapid prototyping, and translating AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.
This is not a pure engineering role. You will build and test working solutions using enterprise AI platforms and low-code/no-code tools, collaborating closely with engineering teams for production implementation.
What You’ll Do
Build & Experiment

Design and prototype agentic workflows using enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Gemini, OpenAI-based tools, Adobe AI, Salesforce Einstein)

Rapidly test and refine applied patterns such as retrieval-augmented copilots, multi-agent orchestration, and workflow automation

Develop working proofs-of-concept (e.g., commerce copilots, service resolution agents, content enrichment workflows) that demonstrate tangible business value and scalability

Identify reusable patterns and contribute to scalable applied AI approaches across commerce and experience ecosystems
Advise & Enable

Translate generative AI capabilities into clear, practical solution approaches for business and technical stakeholders

Support client engagements by demonstrating applied use cases and shaping AI adoption strategies

Guide best practices across prompt design, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails

Mentor cross-functional teams (strategy, design, product, engineering) in applying agentic AI effectively

Contribute to internal accelerators and reusable frameworks that strengthen Applied Agentic AI capability within Accenture Song
Core Qualifications

Demonstrated hands-on experience with generative AI tools and agentic platforms

Practical understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, agent orchestration, evaluation approaches, and responsible AI

Experience building AI prototypes or applied solutions within enterprise environments

Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and design teams
-
Understanding of enterprise delivery constraints, including security, governance, integration, and scalability
Preferred Experience

Applying AI within digital experience, commerce, retail, or CPG environments

Familiarity with enterprise ecosystems such as CMS, CDP, PIM, DAM, search, or merchandising platforms

Contributions to AI thought leadership (e.g., articles, presentations, white papers)

Experience supporting innovation or transformation initiatives
