What will you do?

The Stream/Delivery Lead will lead a Corporate Banking transformation for the Lending and will oversee the execution, coordination, and delivery of deliverables for the foundations setup for system and process.

This role involves working with technical and functional leads to ensure seamless integration, regulatory compliance, and platform reliability while bridging design gaps and accelerating execution. We are hiring the Stream/Delivery Lead who will define overall roadmap and milestones, guide teams, and drive best practices to align with Corporate Banking Project modernization strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of consulting projects related to Lending for financial institution clients.

• Defines the overall strategy, budgets, cadence and project management and manage project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

• Oversee the execution and delivery of related projects within the corporate banking domain.

• Collaborate with business analysts, IT, and development teams to ensure successful implementation system and process solutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Lead strategic workshops and presentations with client leadership to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress.

• Mentor and coach junior consultants and project teams, fostering professional development and encouraging the sharing of knowledge and expertise.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in the areas of project management, delivery and leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives in Corporate Banking for Lending.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate banking and/or Consulting with a focus on Corporate/Core Banking and Lending.

• Experience in leading and managing teams.

• Overall Lending software experience would be greatly preferred such as FIS ACBS.

• The other software's across Corporate Banking / other streams would be good to have.
