Mobility Analyst CEE Tax

Job Description:

Mobility operates one of the world's largest corporate travel programs, covering business travel, assignments, and events. We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most.

Manage all country specific tax actions that must be completed in country for legal or compliance reasons and provide coordination/support within the immigration function.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal and Tax Compliance:

• Complete local legal requirements related to tax support, including documentation, signatures, and adherence to local government tool usage and Certificate of Coverage (COC) processes.

• Ensure all in-country tax actions are completed to meet legal and compliance standards.

Immigration Function Coordination:

• Provide comprehensive support within the tax function to facilitate international assignments.

• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to manage responsibilities across markets/MUs and designated locations.

Global Collaboration:

• Work with stakeholders in multiple countries to manage in-market and destination-specific requirements effectively.

• Support process alignment and consistency across regions while addressing unique local needs.

Must have

• Strong written & verbal communication skills, including advanced Power

Point & Excel:

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to simplify complex themes

• Proven teaming skills and ability to work with large and complex global teams

• Strong Stakeholder Management

The person in this role will need strong skills and experience in:

• Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level

• Outstanding communication skills

• Knowledge of the Travel Industry, desired

• Knowledge of Mobility processes, desired

• Knowledge of tax and/or accounting matters, desired
