The Program Manager (PMO) - Strategy, Planning, and Communications in Accenture Marketing Operations (Mumbai) will lead program development and execution, manage relationships, and ensure operational efficiency.
This role involves developing and maintaining program management trackers, documenting meeting notes, managing reports and dashboards, supporting onboarding and hiring activities, and facilitating townhalls. An area of management concerned with designing and controlling the process of production and redesigning business operations in the production of goods or services. It involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.What are we looking for? Client Management Roles and Responsibilities: Project Management & Leadership Support
Develop and execute programs for stakeholders, including strategy, planning, and communications.
Oversee project notes, action trackers, leadership diaries, and maintain comprehensive project plans (timelines, budgets, resource allocation).
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Client Engagemen: Manage client relationships, ensuring stakeholder needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Support client visits and coordinate townhalls, bootcamps, and trainings.
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Operations & Reporting Manage operations, including developing and maintaining program management trackers, creating meeting notes, managing reports, and supporting onboarding and hiring activities.
Introduce and manage governance frameworks and risk tracking mechanisms.
Support preparation of operational reports and monitor program performance, identifying areas for improvement to ensure program goals and objectives are met
Conduct and analyze engagement surveys Report on staffing, attrition, and compliance Recognition & Culture
Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
