Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand project requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to key decisions, and support the overall project goals through your expertise and innovative thinking.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration, SAP BTP Administration.
• Strong understanding of system configuration and performance tuning.
• Experience with database management and backup strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with SAP systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 16 years full time education is required.
