Bkg- Commercial Real Estate refers to the sector of real estate that deals with properties used for business purposes. This includes office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial properties. The focus is on buying, selling, leasing, and managing these properties to generate income. It involves various stakeholders such as investors, developers, and property managers. The goal is to maximize the value and return on investment of commercial properties. Loans are granted based on the income generated from the property and the crediworthiness is evaluated by analyzing the property by its location, amenities, ageing and the revenue generated and the occupancy.

  • Identify and assess, prevent and mitigate and account to provide reasonable measures to adapt before executing an agreement in relation to the real estate and immovable property. Valuation of commercial real estate using software like Argus, extracting key information from lease agreements (including amendments) and rent rolls.What are we looking for? Should be able to review the US financial statements
  • Rent Roll/Income & Expenses Statement of the borrowers/guarantors, calculate/interpret the financial ratios.
    Understand and analyze the company / borrower performance based on financials and other secondary information
    Understand the type of facilities and exposure of the borrower to asses the Loss Given Default and the Probability of Default. Should have knowledge of financials ratios impact on the overall performance.
    Ability to summarize borrower, financials, cashflow. Industry performance details in a clear and crisp way
    Identify the Risk associated with the borrower / company and mention it accordingly in the review along with the possible mitigants with justification.
    Performing assignments/deals/tasks of moderate complexity
  • It would be value added if you carry Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Underwriting experience. Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
  • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
  • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
