Overview
As a Manager – AI & Automation Delivery Lead, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of AI-first solutions across the ANZ region, blending strong technical depth with delivery leadership. You’ll oversee the development and deployment of scalable AI, full-stack, and automation solutions, driving adoption of Generative AI, AI Ops, and modern engineering practices. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical capability and leadership skills to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities

Manage delivery workstreams for AI-led programs, embedding automation where it drives efficiency and value.

Lead the design, build, and deployment of AI-enabled, full-stack applications leveraging cloud-native services and modern frameworks.

Implement AI Ops, ML, Data Ops, and automation capabilities, ensuring alignment to architectural standards and delivery excellence.

Drive adoption of Generative AI use cases through pilots, proofs-of-concept, and scalable implementations.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—data engineers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders—to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and deployment best practices are met across workstreams.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, consultants, and developers to strengthen the team’s AI and engineering expertise.
Skills & Qualifications
-
5–8 years delivering solutions in AI, Data Ops, Automation, and Full-Stack Development.

Hands-on coding and solution delivery with Python, Java, or .NET.

Experience in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or equivalent) and API development.

Expertise in AI/ML pipelines, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Demonstrated experience in deploying AI-led solutions (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs, AI Ops).

Strong track record in managing delivery quality, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution.
