Project Role Description: Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce testing initiatives across enterprise environments. This role emphasizes advanced testing strategies, automation frameworks, and AI-powered quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce testing, proven ability to manage distributed QA teams, and practical knowledge of AI/ML tools to enhance test coverage, defect prediction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing Leadership & Program Management:

Lead Salesforce testing programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customizations.
Manage teams of 20+ QA engineers and automation specialists.
Provide strategic direction on test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
Ensure delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance across multiple workstreams.

Salesforce Testing & Automation:

Drive end-to-end testing strategies including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Oversee test automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

AI-Driven Testing & Quality Assurance:

Implement AI/ML-based tools for intelligent test case generation, predictive defect detection, and anomaly monitoring.
Use AI for test data management, automated regression selection, and continuous quality insights.
Collaborate with enterprise AI teams to integrate advanced analytics into QA processes.

Integration & Mule Soft Validation:

Oversee testing of Mule Soft integrations connecting Salesforce with ERP, data warehouses, and external platforms.
Ensure reliability, performance, and data consistency across integrated systems.

Agile & SAFe Delivery:

Lead QA delivery using Agile and SAFe methodologies.
Coach teams on Agile testing practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps integration.
Ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement in testing outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Extensive experience in Salesforce testing with enterprise-scale implementations.
Proven experience leading QA teams of 20+ members across global delivery models.
Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools and AI/ML frameworks.
Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe testing practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (QA Specialist, Platform App Builder, or equivalent).
AI/ML certifications or practical experience with AI-driven testing tools.
SAFe Agilist or Agile testing certifications.
Mule Soft testing experience.
Exposure to global, multi-vendor environments.
