Summary:

As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to apply your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs and project requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with network configuration and management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMWare Cloud Administration.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
