As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create innovative applications that align with organizational goals, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and backend systems.
• Create clean, efficient, and well-documented code following software development best practices and design patterns.
• Implement user-friendly and responsive front-end interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
• Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Ability to implement best practices in software development and design patterns.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of modern web frameworks such as Spring and Angular.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
