As an Industry X Junior Consultant – Infrastructure & Capital Projects for Utilities, you will play a pivotal role in making the energy transition happen! You will address both current and future challenges of the distribution and transmission grid when it comes to building new infrastructure, managing grid congestion, and maximizing asset performance. • Work on Innovative Energy Projects: Collaborate with a team to help clients overcome the challenges of the energy transition. Share your expertise and ideas, working together on solutions and innovations for current and future energy sector challenges.

• Develop new Solution: Analyze current processes in the energy transition and develop new digital solution concepts to facilitate it. You focus on the development of new strategies and digital solutions to prevent grid congestion or support the end-to-end acceleration of infrastructure programs. For this, you can utilize Accenture's capabilities.

• Data-driven decision making: Leverage data analytics, digital twins, and IoT to enhance asset performance and reliability to reduce grid congestion without building new infrastructure.

• Grow within a dynamic team: Work in a diverse team of engineers and consultants, sharing knowledge and collaborating closely with clients. Over time, you will have opportunities to mentor junior colleagues, manage projects, and shape the future of power system consulting.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• A master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• You already have some practical experience in the digitalization of grid operators or are an enthusiastic newcomer eager to delve into this field.

• You want to take technical responsibility for consulting and implementation projects related to the digitalization of grid operators or support projects as a technical expert.

• Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

• Submission of a cover letter outlining your motivation for this specific position
