The Digital Content Management Senior Analyst is a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for managing the end‑to‑end digital content lifecycle across PIM, DAM, GDSN, and syndication platforms. The role ensures high‑quality product content—including copy, digital assets, and metadata—is accurately managed, syndicated, published, and monitored across retailer channels and Product Detail Pages (PDPs). The Senior Analyst operates independently on assigned workloads, supports client interactions, and contributes to operational stability, data governance, and KPI‑driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management (Copy, Digital Assets, Metadata)

·Manage, validate, and maintain product copy, digital assets, and metadata across PIM and DAM platforms.

·Ensure content accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance, taxonomy, and data quality standards.

·Support content enrichment, updates, and lifecycle maintenance activities.

Syndication & Retailer Support

·Execute and support product content syndication through PIM and DAM platforms.

·Provide basic operational support across retailer platforms.

·Troubleshoot, monitor, and escalate syndication errors, rejections, and data mismatches in line with defined SLAs.

Publication Tracking & Monitoring

Track and monitor product content publication on Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across retailer websites.

Identify publication gaps, delays, or inconsistencies and drive resolution with cross‑functional teams.

Maintain trackers and reporting to provide visibility into publication status.

Endpoint & Platform Support

·Handle endpoint support cases, including intake, investigation, coordination, and resolution.

·Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration, data flow, or platform‑related issues.

·Ensure timely issue resolution according to agreed support processes and SLAs.

GDSN Support

Provide GDSN support, including data validation, synchronization, and issue resolution.

Support ongoing maintenance and updates related to GDSN processes and external data pools.

Reporting & Insights

Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and insights aligned with client KPIs.

Analyze content quality, syndication performance, and publication metrics.

Identify risks and recommend mitigation actions and continuous improvement opportunities.

Decision Scope & Autonomy

Operates with moderate autonomy in execution and operational decision‑making.

Acts as an SME for content management, syndication, and GDSN processes.

Escalates strategic, commercial, or high‑risk decisions to Leads or Managers as needed.

Additional Skills

Hands-on experience working with content management and syndication platforms,such as PIMs and DAMs, to manage, enrich, and distribute digital content at scale. (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, 1World Sync, Akeneo).

Strong understanding of digital content management concepts (copy, digital assets types, metadata, logistics, enhanced content, etc.).

Understanding of digital asset management practices, including ingestion, annotation, cataloging, storage, and retrieval.

Knowledge of GDSN processes and data synchronization (through 1World Sync, Syndigo or Salsify).

Experience supporting retailer platforms, PDP publication and monitoring.

Proficient English skills (written and verbal).

Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Familiarity with project and workflow management tools (JIRA, Share Point, Workfront, Project Office, etc.).

Experience in report design and data visualization.
