Summary:

As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, you will support the Solution Architect in various capacities, including solution design and the solution approval process. Your typical day may involve collaborating with team members to gather requirements, analyzing project needs, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. You will also engage in discussions to provide insights and recommendations that enhance the overall effectiveness of the solutions being developed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based solutions, familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, understanding of software development life cycle.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• This position is open for almost all the locations in India.
