Senior Account Manager

THE OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a Senior Account manager to join our Sydney team & take the lead with clients and project delivery. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to major accounts - ensuring exceptional service delivery and providing strategic insights that empower clients to make data-driven decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop client relationships that thrive and endure. Work with clients to define their key business challenges and shape research studies that will answer those challenges.

  • Deliver high impact research programs - execute quality research, on-time, and on-budget

  • Immerse yourself in client’s business to establish a credible base of knowledge from which to build

  • Lead end-to-end project management for complex quant & qualitative projects with the support of a broader team.

  • Translate client business challenges into actionable research solutions & draw upon your creativity and technical skills to provide substantial input into proposal development.

  • Qual: Moderation of depth interviews, focus groups & online communities. Develop discussion guides that translate research objectives into respondent facing content. Lead analysis & reporting with the support of the broader team.

  • Quant: Draft questionnaires that are strategic & grounded in the client’s research objectives. Lead analysis & reporting of quant projects – turning raw data into impactful insights with the support of the broader team.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED…

  • Experience: ~5-10 years of experience in the market research industry, with proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research. Open to considering an experienced quant researcher with the desire to build up their qualitative expertise

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling and client facing skills; ability to simplify complexity & elevate learnings to provide strategic recommendations

  • Strong project management and commercial acumen.

  • A curious, collaborative mindset and passion for solving big questions.

  • Willing to be based in Sydney

  • Proficient in Q software
