Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.

  • The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.What are we looking for? •Commitment to quality

  • • Communicate intensively via video chat, Teams, calls, and screenshares with large population of new hires daily to enhance and support their Onboarding, Training, and Operations experience.
  • Proactively identify coaching strategies for trainees who are struggling with quality, may need to assess and make suggestions regarding difficulty of work.
  • Quickly respond to trainee observations identified by members of other departments, including Manager, Sr. Manager, Operations, and others.
  • Develop, implement, and manage multiple QDS training plans per provider specifics, specialty specifics, trainee ability, and other success-guiding factors.
  • May be responsible for a combination of methodologies, including On the Job Trainers (OJT) and Live OJT.
  • Evaluate and train according to rigorous internal rubrics and processes.
  • Provide white-glove treatment for all new hires.
  • Maintain high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Grade and track QDS progress and performance via a variety of tools and applications.
  • Develop and implement new strategies based on changes and growth within the DAX service and product
  • Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
  • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
  • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
