Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging in problem-solving discussions and contributing to the overall project strategy will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with client needs and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
• Lead the team in project planning and execution
• Mentor team members and provide guidance
• Ensure project milestones are met on time.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Core and C#
• Experience in React JS
• Additional and optional skills preferred include Azure, Redux state management, Contentful DB, Jest Testing Tool
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and services
• Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end development
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Additional Information:

1. 8+ years of experience in Fullstack development in .NET Core
2. 1. Good Project Management experience & Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
3. Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers .
4. A 15-year full time education is required.
