Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and debugging activities while ensuring that the software components integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring that the solutions you create are efficient and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Hands on experience (10+ years) in application development using Angular 16+, Typescript, Rxjs, Ng Rx, HTML5, CSS3.
• Deep expertise in Javascript framework.
• Understanding user requirements and translating those requirements into well designed solutions.
• Should have 2+ years of experience in Tech-lead role.
• You know how to develop secure front-end application and are familiar with JWT token, SSL Pinning.
• Ability to make use of multiple front-end coding and styling languages to be able to complete cross platform requirements.
• You have experience with writing different types of tests like unit testing (Jest, Jasmine, Karma).
• Aware of and able to incorporate security best practices for front end development.
• Experience with using tools for maintaining code versioning (Git, AWS code commit) and requirement tracking (JIRA, Confluence).
• Understanding of Ngrx store management, Rxjs, SSR.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility WCGA2.2 A, AA Standards.
• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain scalable and responsive web applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Angular 16+, Typescript, Rxjs, Ng Rx, HTML5, CSS3.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
