Job Summary:The Application Maintenance / Production Support Engineer will be responsible for providing L3-level support and maintenance for applications within the WAM and OPI domains. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing API Gateway and Java-based microservices solutions, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 production support for applications running on Axway API Manager, API Gateway, and in-house Java microservices solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to maintain smooth system operations.

• Monitor API and microservices performance, availability, and error rates to ensure service continuity.

• Support and execute deployment, configuration, and maintenance activities across environments.

• Participate in change management, release support, and environment validation processes.

• Contribute to automation, process improvements, and preventive maintenance initiatives.
