    Designation: Trust & Safety New Associate.
    Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
    Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor.
    In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks.
    The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised.
    You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work.
    Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
    Location: Dublin.

Qualification High School Diploma GED .

YOE 0 to 1 years.
Lang Persian C1 .
What would you do You should have an interest in protecting and improving the user experience of consumer products and services. You should be willing to develop a critical understanding of the abuse and policy issues and be comfortable reviewing a large volume of videos to help us keep our site policy compliant. Review, classify or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines. Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work. Participate in continuous training programs and work group discussions for optimal development in the role.
A process to discover what content already exists and how content is planned, created, approved, produced, and maintained.
Includes the tasks by which insights and business customer requirements are driven from research, competition reviews, stakeholder interviews and analysis of customer engagement drivers to identify gaps and offer differentiating and innovative solutions..
