Summary:
We are seeking a visionary SAP Success Factors HCM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI solutions within Success Factors platform. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Success Factors architecture and emerging AI functionalities including Agentic AI to enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the user experience.
Roles & responsibilities
-Strategic Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex SAP Success Factors HCM solutions across various modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, etc.), with a specific focus on leveraging AI and ML capabilities. Supporting and designing integration of internal platforms and assets with Success Factors.
-AI Implementation & Adoption: Prepare and execute AI implementation and adoption roadmaps, identifying high-impact use cases where AI can drive significant improvements in areas like talent intelligence, recruiting, and succession planning. Provide inputs on agentic/ Gen AI capabilities and roadmap native to SAP Success Factors.
-SAP Success Factors AI Feature Implementation: Architect solutions that seamlessly integrate SAP Business AI tools, such as the Joule AI assistant, AI-assisted job description enhancement, applicant screening, and skills architecture creation.
-Technical Expertise: Define and maintain architectural documentation and governance structures. Conduct quality reviews to ensure solutions comply with project standards and best practices.
-Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to align the SAP Success Factors AI architecture with strategic organizational goals and compliance requirements.
-Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices for system configuration, data integrity, security, and the responsible use of AI within the platform.
-Innovation & Research: Conduct continuous research and stay current with the latest advancements within SAP Success Factors and the broader AI field, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement.
-Data & Compliance: Ensure that AI models rely on effective data management and storage, prioritizing data privacy and compliance with regulations like GDPR.
-Troubleshooting & Support: Provide subject matter expertise (SME) to resolve complex issues related to Success Factors and AI integrations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
-HR process expertise: Deep understanding of HR processes, HR data models, and enterprise HR workflows. Experience leading and working with multi-disciplinary technical teams on HR focused implementations and transformation.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors integration and reporting tools is generally required, along with AI architecture knowledge.
-Strong understanding of system integration and architecture design principles.
-Experience in developing and implementing technology roadmaps.
-Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
-The candidate should typically have 10-12 years in HCM technology, with at least 5-7 years in SAP Success Factors , including experience with multiple large-scale implementations and deploying HR AI solutions.
-Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
