About the Role:

I m looking for a seasoned Full-Stack Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership maturity, and a strong client-facing presence to drive innovation and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement end-to-end solutions using Python, React JS, and AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate business needs into robust software designs.
Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Drive Agile ceremonies and manage work items using JIRA.
Engage directly with client teams to understand pain points, propose optimized solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 12 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in architectural roles.
Proven expertise in Python, React JS, and AWS ecosystem (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with JIRA for project tracking.
Experience in client engagement, solution consulting, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to lead technical discussions, resolve blockers, and drive delivery timelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
Certifications in AWS is a plus.
