About the Role:
We are hiring a Management Consultant to join our Life Sciences Strategy & Consulting team, supporting clients in Quality transformation initiatives. This role requires strong Quality domain expertise, with exposure to QMS systems considered a plus.
As a consultant, you will partner with clients to analyze and optimize quality processes, support regulatory compliance, and drive process and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support Quality projects, including process improvement, compliance, and system-related transformations.
- Perform functional and technical business analysis: gather requirements, map processes, and document workflows.
- Analyze and optimize quality processes such as Audits, deviations, CAPAs, root cause analyses, periodic reviews, and audit trail monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Deliver high-quality documentation, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Contribute to proposals, strategic initiatives, and business case development within the Quality domain.
Good-to-Have / Preferred:
- Experience with other systems (LIMS, CRM, Promomats, Med Com).
- Exposure to strategy consulting and project delivery in pharmaceutical quality and compliance.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Consulting experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) {Veeva QMS, Trackwise etc.} and hands-on experience with quality processes.
- Experience working on 1–2 quality-focused projects, including process improvement, compliance, or system migrations.
- Strong functional Skills(Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Project & Stakeholder Management etc.)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
