Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application development initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment among team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with stakeholder management and communication strategies.
• Ability to analyze project requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Familiarity with application design and configuration best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
