• Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. -Candidate should have overall experience 15+ years with 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement. Preferably in a GBS or a BPO organization Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
