Summary:

As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. You will also engage in monitoring system health and performance metrics, ensuring that all operational processes align with established standards and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and provide timely reports to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Palo Alto ICS/SCADA Security.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
• Experience with cloud-based security solutions and architectures.
• Familiarity with incident response and management processes.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
