We operate at the forefront of Physical AI, developing autonomous and intelligent systems through the fusion of simulation, AI, and real-world deployment. We are seeking a Senior Principal Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Omniverse, digital twins, and AI simulation to drive high-impact technical solutioning across global industrial engagements.

  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Architect end-to-end digital twin and AI simulation solutions using NVIDIA Omniverse, OpenUSD, Python extensions, and foundation models.
  • Define solution blueprints for manufacturing, warehousing, and PLM workflows, integrating generative AI and simulation-driven optimization.
  • Develop data integration strategies connecting IoT sensors, PLCs, enterprise systems, and AI simulation engines to virtual environments.
  • Lead client workshops, technical assessments, and roadmap creation for digital twin adoption and maturity.
  • Extend Omniverse Kit applications, build custom tools, and integrate AI models tailored to client-specific workflows.
  • Design cloud deployment architectures enabling scalable digital twin and AI simulation solutions.
  • Apply principles from gaming, real-time simulation, and AI to enhance interactivity, visualization, and predictive analytics.
  • Support initiatives like synthetic data generation, predictive maintenance, immersive training, and AI-driven optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital twin and AI simulation architecture, with at least 2 years in Omniverse or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, OpenUSD, Omniverse Kit SDK, and generative AI frameworks.
  • Experience with simulation tools (e.g., Siemens, Ansys), IoT platforms, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI model integration.
  • Hands-on familiarity with manufacturing processes, product design workflows, and asset performance management.
  • Additional Information (Good to Have)
  • Background in game development or real-time 3D environments (Unity, Unreal).
  • Experience with NVIDIA RTX rendering, Isaac Sim, robotics simulation, FVDB, or Cosmos World Foundation Models.
  • Exposure to PLM, MES, ERP systems and integration with digital twin/AI pipelines.
  • Experience in immersive training, virtual commissioning, or foundation model deployment.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
