Project Role Description: Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:

As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes that enhance user interactions with software applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into tangible solutions, ensuring that the user experience is both intuitive and engaging. You will balance technical feasibility with design intent, working diligently to optimize the overall user journey and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Engage in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that prototypes are implemented accurately and effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
